The car accident occurred at the intersection of Highway 95 and Avenue 8E, according to a news report in the Yuma Sun. It happened at about 6:30 p.m. on November 28, 2011, and involved a white Toyota Tundra and a Ford Explorer. The driver of the truck had to crawl out his passenger window and was slightly injured, while the female driver of the Explorer was taken to the Yuma Regional Medical Center.
