How an Experienced Avondale Car Collision Attorney Can Help
An experienced Avondale car collision attorney can investigate the facts in more depth. It may be that the City is responsible for the death of the truck driver for not having adequate barriers, allowing the driver to fall into the dry river bed. It may also be that the truck driver was cut off by another vehicle and that is why he rear-ended the other car. In addition, it may also be that the truck driver is totally responsible and that the man in the Jeep has a personal injury claim against the truck driver and possibly another party. These are things that an experienced attorney would investigate to make sure to obtain the best settlement possible for the client.
