Contact an Experienced Phoenix Bicycle Accident Lawyer
An experienced Phoenix bike accident lawyer would tell this family that they need to make sure pictures of the scene and roadway are taken, including skid marks and debris on the ground. Witnesses disappear often if too much time goes by, so we would recommend that witnesses are talked to right away. The police already may be doing this and it would also be good for a representative of the family to talk to the police as well.
